Can tickets be canceled free of charge?
Yes, you can cancel your tickets free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the concert! Secure your tickets and any discounts in good time! Changing your plans later is not a problem thanks to free cancellation.
If you want to cancel your tickets, please send us an email to konzerte@mozarthaus.at. We will cancel your ticket immediately free of charge and your money will be refunded in full.
